We are proud to partner the Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation to offer the TalentNXT Fresh Programme, which is a holistic initiative to equip soon-to-graduate students with essential workplace and career planning skills needed to kickstart a successful career.

Engage in workplace scenario learning

Using workplace scenarios to learn key concepts such as teamwork, leadership, communication, initiative

The TalentNXT Fresh Programme targets final year college students and fresh graduates with up to two years of work experience. The programme offers both online and offline courses to teach essential workplace knowledge, enhance team collaboration skills, and develop the competencies necessary for successful employment.

Selection

Attend a group assessment and one to one interview. Only selected participants will move on to the programme.

Self Learning Component

Complete 6 hours of self learning on 4Cs Workplace Competencies

In-Person Experience

Attend 3 full days of in-person learning on design thinking, workplace scenarios, industry visit and networking

Virtual Career Sessions

Attend 6 hours of virtual learning to build career clarity and 2 hours of personalised career coaching

The TalentNXT Fresh programme is complimentary for students and fresh graduates from Singapore and Malaysia. Participants will need to undergo a selection process and commit to complete all stages of the TalentNXT Fresh programme.
