NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training
These career development practitioners completed NCDA's 120 hour FCD training with additional PLUS components from AVODAH People Solutions, which involves deeper practice and group supervision. They are eligible to apply for the NCDA credential in Certified Career Service Provider.
