The standards and competencies that we advocate for are aligned with the US National Career Development Association (NCDA). NCDA provides professional development, publications, standards, and advocacy to practitioners and educators who inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career and life goals.

Facilitating Career Development Training
Facilitating Career Development training enhances the skills and knowledge of 12 career development competencies for individuals who provide career coaching, career guidance, career counselling.
Career Practitioner Supervision Training
Career Practitioner Supervision training allows career practitioners to transit towards being a Career Practitioner Supervisor by learning how to help other career practitioners strengthen their practice strategies with feedback.
