The webinar will be conducted by Ms Shamantha and Shane Yan, Co-Founders of Growthbeans, an organisation that helps individuals gain self awareness, increase confidence and enhance interpersonal relationships. Both Shamantha and Shane are certified Coaches under the International Coach Federation (ICF) and they have experiences delivering training, consultancy and coaching for various organisations including Mercer, Sembcorp, Monetary Authority of Singapore as well as local tertiary institutions.
